PCBA氟素超薄三防涂料

本新型三防含氟涂料产品,相比于传统丙烯酸酯类、聚氨酯类、环氧树脂类、有机硅类等涂料,可形成防水、防潮、防腐蚀和介电性能更加优良的涂层,以保护电子零部件、精密仪器、电路板等。同时该系列产品具有使用方便,在常温条件下可迅速固化成膜、不需复杂的设备和操作条件,可大大降低客户的生产成本,且具有环境友好的特性,降低对环境的破环程度,实现企业发展与环境保护的平衡。

Borflon® FSC具有以下特性:

  1. 优异的成膜性能,成膜厚度小(0.05-1μm)

  4. 速干性(室温固化,表干时间<60s)

Remarks

  1. 涂层膜厚取决于涂料浓度;涂料浓度越大,膜厚越厚,综合性能越好。
  2. 本品不适宜于受外力摩擦或反复插拔的用途。
  3. 本品不适宜于碱性环境下或80℃及以上的水中长时间使用
  4. 若需在交变湿热环境下长时间使用,推荐采用固含量较大的涂料(固含量10%: FSC208A)。
  1. Coating thickness depends on the concentration; the greater the concentration, the thicker the coating will be and the better the comprehensive performance will be achieved.
  2. The coating is not suitable for the applcations where good wearability is required.
  3. The coating is not suitable for long-term uses in alkaline solution or in water above 80.
  4. It shall be recommended to use high concentration coating (10%-FSC208A) if it’s used in alternating humid and hot environment for long time.

    适用于需完全涂覆的零部件。材料转移率高,无遮蔽效应;自动化浸涂设备可满足大批量生产的需要。但溶剂按挥发需要不断补充。

Dipping method is suitable for parts to be fully coated. The material transfer rate is high and there is no shielding effect. The automatic dipping equipment can meet the needs of mass production. However, the solvent needs constant supplyment due to the continuous solvent volatilization.

是业界最常用的涂覆方法。自动化设备的涂覆一致性较好、生产效率高、易于实现在线式自动化生产。

 

 

Spraying is the most commonly used coating method in the industry. The coating consistency of automation equipment is good, the production efficiency is high, and it is easy to realize on-line automation production.

最简单的涂覆方法。通常用于局部的修补和维修,但效率最低;整版涂刷时有遮蔽效应,涂覆一致性差。

 

 

Brushing is the simplest coating method. It’s usually used for local repair and maintenance, but the efficiency is the lowest; when the whole plate is painted, there is a shielding effect, and coating consistency is poor.
